All girls Kindergarten through 5th grade are welcome to join the Little Flowers! Little Flowers Girls' Club teaches virtues by helping mothers & daughters grow in faith together. We learn about the Saints, memorize Scripture, & practice virtues through service. Girls earn flower badges for their sash & get to wear it to school one day a month. Large group events include a service project, a field trip & Mother-Daughter Tea at the end of the school year.

GOTR coaches work directly with girls, leading them through the national Girls on the Run curriculum, teaching them healthy habits and training them for a "practice 5K" at their GOTR site. The season begins on Tuesday, August 27th and runs for 10 weeks. The St. John's group meets Tues and Thurs from 3:30-4:45. At the end of the season, the girls and coaches have the option to participate in the official GOTR 5k race at Air Park on November 2nd.
Some perks of volunteering with GOTR:
- Early bird registration to ensure your runner has a spot on the team.
- Satisfies your school volunteer hours requirement
- Free registration for the 5k for you and your runner
- Free GOTR coaches T-Shirt
You don't need to be a runner to be a GOTR Coach!!
If you have questions about GOTR or are interested in coaching in 2019 please contact Lindsey Dresden.
